Concrete Cancer Repair

Salt air, sun and time eat Gold Coast concrete from the inside out. Zippys stops the rot, repairs the structure and protects it for the long haul.

What is concrete cancer?

It's the rust inside your concrete.

Moisture and salt reach the steel reinforcement inside concrete and it begins to rust. The rust expands and pushes the surrounding concrete off — spalling. Left alone, it weakens the whole structure. The earlier we catch it, the cheaper the fix.

Warning signs
  • Rust stains bleeding through paint or render
  • Cracking, bubbling or flaking concrete (spalling)
  • Exposed, rusted reinforcement bars
  • Damaged balcony soffits, columns or coastal facades
